These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the chk4d platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, bonuses, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before using this site.

Age Verification: chk4d reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the chk4d Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the registration method used.
4.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, chk4d will require satisfactory proof of identity. Accepted documents include:
4.4 chk4d may request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Processing of KYC documents typically takes 1–2 business hours but may take longer during peak periods.
4.5 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. chk4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. chk4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT, ETH) are also accepted. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits are published on the deposit page and vary by method.
5.3 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. chk4d does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. chk4d applies a return-to-source policy where possible — funds are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. chk4d reserves the right to request additional verification if there is any discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal methods.
5.6 Inactive Account Charges. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. chk4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts after a reasonable prior notice period.
Anti-Money Laundering: chk4d complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Players must not use the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of any unlawful activity. Suspicious transactions will be flagged, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by chk4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon their first qualifying deposit. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal from Bonus Funds or associated winings can be made.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) using eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. chk4d maintains strict zero-tolerance policies toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or engaging in low-risk, high-coverage betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
6.5 chk4d reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the point of any change will have their existing bonus terms honoured for the duration of that bonus.
7.1 Players are expected to use the chk4d Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and reasonable standards of fair conduct.
7.2 Players must not use the Platform in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes the intellectual property rights of chk4d or any third party; (c) introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems; or (e) disrupts the normal operation of the Platform for other users.
7.3 Players must not attempt to use automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage in any game or to circumvent any of chk4d's security or fairness measures.
7.4 Any Player found to be engaging in collusion with other players — including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes in live dealer or poker games — will be subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds derived from such activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the chk4d Platform:
Consequences: Violation of any prohibited activity clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
9.1 All content on the chk4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of chk4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit any content on the Platform; (b) collect and use product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make derivative uses of the Platform or its content; or (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.
9.3 The chk4d name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 chk4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, chk4d makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or defects.
10.2 chk4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any losses arising from system downtime or third-party payment processing failures.
10.3 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, chk4d's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 chk4d is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, or disruptions to third-party payment providers including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any Malaysian bank's online banking service.
11.1 chk4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) chk4d reasonably suspects the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; (c) the Player provides false information during registration or KYC; or (d) the Account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory direction.
11.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance (net of any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory verification.
11.3 Upon termination for cause, chk4d reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player unless there are grounds for confiscation under applicable law.
12.1 chk4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligations to minimise gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

13.2 Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used solely for the purposes of operating the Service, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform experience. chk4d does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.3 All data transmitted to and from the chk4d Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology. Account data is stored on secure servers with access controls and regular security auditing.
14.1 chk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, chk4d will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://chk4d.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered and operates.
15.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the chk4d Platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through direct engagement with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
